Patricia Ann Bradley

Patricia Ann Bradley 87 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Patricia was born June 5, 1939, near Eldorado, Illinois, the first child of Aurby Matthew “Jack” Falk and Ida Lorene (Stevens) Falk. She graduated from Collinsville High School in 1956.

On September 27, 1958, Patricia married Harold Gene Bradley, Sr. at Mount Pleasant Social Brethren Church in Raleigh, Illinois. Harold Sr. passed away on January 10, 2024. Together, they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage. Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who treasured her family and her faith.

Patricia was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Olney, Illinois, for 23 years and Bible Fellowship Church in Olney for 35 years. She was a current member of Grace Baptist Church in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Throughout her life, Patricia worked for General Telephone Company, Christian Supply, and Red & White Grocery Store. She also enjoyed babysitting and caring for children. In her spare time, she found joy in gardening, cooking, flower arranging, and quilting.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Harold Sr, and brother, Aurby Matthew Falk.

She is survived by her son, Harold Gene Bradley, Jr. (Ethel) of Madisonville, Kentucky; and her daughter, Rhonda Bloome (Mark) of Ellenton, Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Danielle Griffith (Jimmy), Megan Lafferty, Matthew Iker, Garrett Iker (Jackie), Brittany Martin (Colby), Charity Rau (Don), Faith Smeltzer (Dwayne), Harold Gene Bradley III (Justine), and Hope Ebel (Joel); as well as 21 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2026 at Grace Baptist Church, 735 Lenin Road, Madisonville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Pastor Chris Gouger will officiate.

A second service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2026 at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia, Illinois with Blake Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery in Raleigh, Illinois.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Madisonville Health and Rehabilitation and Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital for the compassionate care they provided Patricia during the last few months of her life.

Patricia will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. Her faith, love, and devotion to her family will remain a lasting part of the legacy she leaves behind.
