William "Billy" Joseph Upton, 55 of Hartford, Kentucky, formerly of Galatia, Illinois passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025 in Wisconsin. Billy was born on January 8, 1970 to the late James Otis and Evelyn June (Brown) Upton.
Billy graduated Galatia High School in 1988. He went on to become a part of the Local Union 633 Plumber Pipe Fitters out of Owensboro, Kentucky.
He is survived by four sons, Walker Upton, Ryan Upton, Dalton Upton, Caleb Upton; one brother, Tim (Janice Cleary) Upton and long time companion, Lisa Mason.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Sloan Funeral Home of Galatia is in charge of the arrangements.
